This beautifully appointed home has been designed specifically for entertaining family and friends comfortably and has all the facilities to create spectacular and memorable celebrations.

Equally this large airy property lends itself to more intimate parties and is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy everything that Aberdovey and the Snowdonia National Park can offer you.

You'll instantly feel at home in our comfortable house. We provide all the amenities you need for a relaxing retreat.

Our house can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests with space for 2 more on a sofa bed located in one of the bedrooms.

There are five double bedrooms: The principle has a super king bed and dressing room with sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Two further bedrooms also with super king beds and en-suite shower rooms. The fourth bedroom has a super king bed and shares the main family bathroom with the fifth bedroom which has a double bed. Four of the five bedrooms have freeview televisions. All linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen/dining room is the main hub of the house where you will find everything thing you need to create fabulous dinner parties. Anyone not familiar with Aga cooking can refer to the Mary Berry Aga Bible for the basics, tips and inspiration. There is also a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with an ice-maker (essential for your gin n tonic or champagne ice bucket), Nespresso coffee machine (requires pods).

The dining table seats 12 people comfortably and also doubles as a great place to play family games while Dad is cooking! There are a couple of window seats where you can look over the estuary (binoculars available too) and read or do crosswords in peace while the more hyper active can disappear into the games room to play pool or watch television.

The sitting room has a real fire, television and if you are lucky enough to have a musician in your party then they can entertain you with Chopin or Chopsticks on the antique baby grand piano sitting in the bay of the window. You will also find a guitar.

The laundry room has washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment, you will also find plenty of beach towels and cool bags for picnics. Beach bags and wind breaks are also provided in the porch.

There are plenty of classic games including a poker set, playing cards, Uno, jigsaw puzzles (including board to store away), you'll even find a burnt champagne cork for anyone who knows how to play 'Iggly Biggly' ! A set of Boules, a giant Jenga and a kite.

Argoed offers the perfect base from which to explore everything the Snowdonia National Park has to offer.

The garden has a Breeze House which is great for outdoor entertainment in any weather and a selection of outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

The village and beach are just a couple of minutes saunter down the hill, however it is a few minutes longer on the way back up, especially if you've popped into one of the pubs en route!
